Park City, Utah (July 21, 2015) – AVEX, a leading reusable water bottle brand for outdoor adventurers, expands its team with the hire of Colleen Nipkow, marketing and communications manager, and Allaina Jeffreys, creative manager. In Nipkow’s new position she will lead the company’s brand marketing direction for North America and international business while Jeffreys will manage and design the AVEX brand identity.

Prior to this new role, Nipkow was the marketing director at Gregory Mountain Products where she helped develop and implement brand marketing direction and tools with senior management. Her depth of experience in the outdoor industry extends to previously held positions as the marketing manager at SCARPA North America and as senior marketing manager at Black Diamond Equipment.

Nipkow will utilize her extensive experience in the outdoor industry to develop and execute a marketing and social media strategy.

AVEX welcomes Allaina Jeffreys as the creative manager. Jeffreys will use her background in strategic development and her graphics perspective to oversee and direct the AVEX brand identity and creative. Jeffreys also joins the AVEX team from Gregory Mountain Products, where she worked as art director to develop brand standards for implementing a new global identity. Previously, she worked as art director at TWIO Brand, managing the overall brand identity and print and digital marketing, and as graphic designer at Ziji International, where she helped create visual assets for email, social media, video and web.
