Indo-Row Group Training Classes, which are now offered by Albuquerque personal training company Upward Motion Personal Training, feature the incredibly innovative and effective Indo-Row machine. It is a patented high-tech engineered piece of exercise equipment that works by having users row while sitting upright on a padded seat with the legs extended out and feet placed foot plates to brace the legs and to push against when rowing.  Indo-Row exercising involves using the entire body in a rhythmic strong motion. Besides being a fantastic cardio workout, Indo-Row Group Training Classes feature hearing and feeling the sound of being on the water and it gives you the feeling of being on the water rowing with a crew, just like the scull rowers in the Olympics. Indo-Row is taking the country by storm with more gyms across the USA adding it to the line-up of classes being offered. There are several templates offered for classes including different music, wave options and race options. Class members love Indo-Row.
