PBO report shows blowout in cost of the government's loans to the NBN

The NBN is bleeding the Federal Budget to the tune of A$580 million in 2016-17, increasing to A$730 million in 2019-20 and A$2.1 billion in 2026-27, according to the recently released Parliamentary Budget Office (PBO) report.
