As the grand prize winner, Amy Mays, design principal at HDR Inc. in New York, will receive a three-day, four-night design immersion getaway to France which includes round-trip airfare to France, three days/four nights hotel accommodations and meals, a VIP reception at the Gerflor design studio and factory near Lyon, and architectural tours in the south of France.

Gerflor USA held The Creation Collection Design Immersion Getaway Promotion earlier this year to celebrate the launch of Creation, the company’s new LVT collection. Participants entered the promotion by voting on which Creation LVT designs were trending in their world, and the results were posted in real time to Facebook. More than 2200 participants, 90 percent of which were qualified as design professionals, cast nearly 18,000 votes during the course of the promotion.
