(Sept. 1, 2015) — Melon Helmets, the German maker of award-winning protective and fashionable helmets, has joined forces with leading active lifestyle agency Backbone Media to manage its North American public relations. ZG Collective, the exclusive U.S. distributor for Melon, is actively seeking independent sales representatives and new retailers in the United States.

Melon produces over 30 fresh, colorful helmet styles for fashion-conscious urban cyclists, skateboarders and mountain bikers. Melon Helmets feature a polycarbonate outer shell combined with an EPS inner shell to deliver durable and extremely lightweight skull protection. Hygienic Coolmax padding and the proprietary Melon Airflow Channel System provide excellent ventilation and cooling.
