It’s not just about the workout for Joe: coaching, nutrition and overall motivation are incorporated into his service delivery model.

While he has held a variety of positions at large Corporate gyms over the years, Joe felt that in order to truly take his philosophy to the next level and drive his passion for fitness, he would need to open up his own facility, Solution Fitness. As the owner of Solution Fitness, Joe enjoys working with busy professionals and offering strategies to lead a healthy life by eating right and exercise. He and his staff also work with student athletes to keep them injury-free and excelling at their chosen sport.

Joe believes in simplicity and emphasizes that consistency is key. Furthermore, he also works with his clients to help find what truly motivates them to stay focused. This has helped him create a training philosophy that offers safety for his clients and guarantees strategies for continued success.

During his career, he has cultivated relationships with medical professionals that value his expertise in weight loss and corrective exercise. This has made Solution Fitness a viable option for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Joe Bellistri earned a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University.
