New Pig offers an exclusive line of pesticide safety cabinets designed with class leading features for safe, secure pesticide storage - for life.

Backed by New Pig's Lifetime Warranty, the cabinet's fully MIG-welded 14-and 18-gauge steel construction is built to survive decades of continuous industrial use.  Ribbed, polyethylene liners for shelves help keep containers out of contact with spilled liquids and resist pesticides and corrosive chemicals.  14- gauge steel door faces are 56% thicker than competing cabinets and a three-point zinc latch ensures fail-safe, non-sparking door closure.

The Cabinets also feature 4" bullet hinges with self-lubricating, fully enclosed brass pins and full width, welded shelf hangers for maximum support and increased sidewall thickness.  Self-closing doors with gas springs offer smooth, maintenance-free operation.  A 2" leak-proof sump in the base of the cabinet contains leaks, drips and spills.

PIG Pesticide Safety Cabinets meet NFPA and OSHA specifications for the storage of flammables.  True double-wall construction with 1.5" of insulating air space provides excellent fire protection and flame arrestor vents help prevent flashback ignition.  A forest green, corrosion and chemical resistant powder coat finish designates this cabinet for pesticides.
