A Truly Tart-Warming Combination of French Refinery and American Indulgence

LOS ANGELESTART restaurant, nestled inside the iconic Farmer’s Daughter Hotel in the historic Fairfax District in L.A., today announced it will offer a specialty burger and wine pairing every Wednesday from 5 p.m. 

TART restaurant provides down-home hospitality and comfort food with a twist, drawing influences from Southern cuisine, British pub fare and Los Angeles’s diverse melting pot. Executive Chef Keith Shutta has carefully paired each uniquely crafted burger with its perfect match – delicious wines made in the Burgundy region of eastern France.

The menu includes a choice of:

  •  The Bacon Jam Burger – 7-ounce bordelaise beef burger with bacon jam, taleggio cheese, arugula on a perfectly charred ciabatta
  • The Brown Butter Mushroom Burger - 7-ounce beef burger with brown butter mushrooms, melted Swiss cheese, crispy onions and a dash of mayo on a sweet brioche bun
  • Specialty red wines will be selected and paired with the burgers each week
