LAS VEGAS – BOSTON will bring the ultimate concert to their Las Vegas fans to celebrate “The 40th Anniversary Tour” at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) on Friday, July 15. Dennis DeYoung, founding member of the famous rock band Styx, will also make an appearance at the anticipated event.

Local tickets will go sale Friday, March 11 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased at www.Ticketmaster.com and dlvec.com and start at $49.50 plus applicable fees.

BOSTON became an iconic classic rock fixture when they joined the music scene with self-titled album Boston in 1976.  With over 17 million copies sold, Boston generated hits such as “More Than a Feeling,” “Peace of Mind,” and “Smokin’,” rock staples that are still in heavy radio rotation today. Their second album, Don’t Look Back was another chart-topper that confirmed their place in rock history, followed by Third Stage, which hit #1 on the charts, with the top single of 1986, “Amanda.”

With over 31 million albums sold to date, BOSTON will bring back the memories this summer with their anticipated tour, celebrating 40 years of legendary music together. Fans can expect to hear all the classic songs they have grown to love, and will be treated to wild Hammond organ work, soaring harmony guitars, and exceptional vocal arrangements, as well as BOSTON’s unique visual stage presentation.

American singer and songwriter Dennis DeYoung is a founding member of the iconic rock group Styx. He now tours with his rock band dedicated to the legacy of Styx, performing hits such as “Babe,” “Mr. Roboto” and “The Best of Times.”
