Marjorie Dick Stuart recently hit two Amazon Best-Seller lists with her new book, “Uncommon.”

Washington, DC – July 15, 2015 – Real Estate Expert, Marjorie Dick Stuart, recently joined Brian Tracy and a select group of business leaders from around the world to co-author the book titled “UNcommon.” The book was released on June 11, 2015 by CelebrityPress™ - a leading business book publisher.

Marjorie is a residential real estate expert in Washington, D.C. with W.C. & A.N. Miller, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. She has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in the Metropolitan area. Marjorie's sellers are rewarded with an average of 102% of full price in only 6 days!

Marjorie's husband, Bill, is her business partner. They are an UNcommon team. Think of Marjorie as Michael Jordan and Bill as Phil Jackson. Together, they grew their business through the 2008 economic collapse, guiding their clients to success during one of the most challenging real estate markets in history.

The Realty Alliance, a network of elite residential brokerages, recognized Marjorie’s exceptional performance, ranking in the “Top 1%” of all residential real estate professionals in North America. Marjorie was covered in a Washington Post series on creativity in the real estate market, highlighting three of Marjorie's most successful cases. She was also been a guest expert on the Post's live, follow-up web chat Q&A.

CelebrityPress™ describes UNcommon:

“Common" can be defined as ordinary while "uncommon" suggests rarity. However, combining Common Sense with Uncommon Knowledge has the potential to produce winners.

While Common Sense has been noted to be in short supply and Uncommon Knowledge hard to come by, the Celebrity Experts® in this book have combined the two to produce high rates of success in their fields. If you are looking to accomplish personal, worthy goals, a helping hand will get you there faster. In addition, a mentor will invariably get you there at less cost than if you try to make your own way, helping you to avoid errors that may be time-consuming or costly, or both. Succeeding requires the attributes of hard work, sound planning, action and perseverance-while combining common sense and uncommon knowledge as a part of the process.

This book presents a panel of CelebrityExperts® including: Financial Consultants, Wealth Managers, Retirement, Investment and Health Specialists, Realtors®, Marketers, Coaches and other entrepreneurial specialists. They have all attained success in their fields and would be pleased to mentor you on your journey to attain your goal(s). You need not be alone... You see, in life, lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. Knowing is not enough! You must take action.

After such a successful release, Marjorie Dick Stuart will be recognized by The National Academy of Best-Selling Authors™, an organization that honors authors from many of the leading independent best seller lists.
