Prevent ruined finishes and the waste of expensive liquids with EXAIR’s new No Drip External Mix Atomizing Nozzles.

When spraying any type of liquid, post-spray liquid flow can cause big problems. Unwanted drips can ruin product function on sealing or mating surfaces. Drips can also ruin the appearance of painted or coated finishes. In addition, excess liquid flow wastes precious resources such as expensive coatings, chemicals or water. EXAIR’s new No Drip Atomizing Nozzles are ideal where no post-spray drip is permissible. They work in the same way our standard atomizing nozzles do, but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off.

External Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles are perfect for pressure fed applications where precise liquid flow is needed. They mix liquid and air outside of the nozzle so that the air and liquid flows can be adjusted independently. EXAIR’s No Drip External Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles are available in round, narrow angle flat fan, and wide angle flat fan patterns. They can be used with liquids having a viscosity up to 800 centipoise.

The stainless steel construction and interchangeable liquid and air caps make these atomizing nozzles suitable for applications that include: painting, coating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting (moistening), dust control and humidification. EXAIR’s No Drip External Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles are CE compliant and conflict mineral free. Prices start at $346.

New EXAIR No Drip External Mix Atomizing Nozzles - ideal for precise application of liquids w/no messy post spray drips!
