Toronto, Montreal and Boston, June 2, 2015 – L’Institut Idée (L’Institut), a think tank and laboratory for Great Ideas, is pleased to announce it’s entering into a strategic partnership with DDB Canada and Palmer Rogers Encore Ventures (Palmer Rogers).

Under the terms of the strategic partnership, DDB Canada’s Chairman and CEO Frank Palmer and Palmer Rogers Encore Ventures’ President and CEO Mike Rogers will provide L’Institut with business development opportunities within their client networks.

“Partnering with DDB and Palmer Rogers is a big validator for us,” says Sébastien Fauré, founding partner at L’Institut and president of Bleublancrouge. “Frank is an influential figure in the North American communications community, and Mike is an esteemed business strategist with expertise in financial management. Their experience will bring tremendous value to our business.

” L’Institut, a joint venture between Scientific Intelligence, Bleublancrouge and Wunderkind, is a fast-growing new insight, ideation and strategic planning company that helps organizations evolve, allowing them to reach the next level of performance. Through its strategic philosophy for building brands and proprietary process to uncover an organization’s future potential, L’Institut facilitates the development of ideas to change the way an organization operates.

“L’Institut’s proprietary Structural Mapping Process® (SMP) tool is impressive and so is its proven tack record in helping transform companies, like Audi, Live Nation and Sanofi,” says Palmer. “I look forward to connecting L’Institut with DDB Canada clients and other business leaders who are looking to reinvent the organization.”

The new strategic partnership follows David Kincaid joining I’Institut as a business development and strategic advisor earlier this year.

“I am excited to have Frank and Mike join our team, along with my dear friend, David Kincaid, one of the leading branding minds in this country,” says Syd Kessler, founding partner at L’Institut and Scientific Intelligence. “These respected business leaders will help us expand into new categories and markets and continue to develop Great Ideas for forward-thinking companies.”
