SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (Dec 10, 2015) — For Fall 2016 Gregory introduces the next evolution of its award-winning Targhee line of performance ski packs. Available in three sizes and two new colors for 2016, the Targhee continues its tradition of innovative ski pack design for avid backcountry enthusiasts.

“The Targhee finds a sweet spot between intuitive functionality, durability and weight,” says John Sears, VP of Product Development & Design at Gregory. “We’ve worked with athletes across several continents to simplify and lighten the ski-carry systems, while maintaining the versatility and the reliability we expect in the backcountry.”

The new Targhee features Gregory’s proprietary Verteflex suspension, which provides superior load transfer of heavy backcountry gear and a unique system engineered to maintain torsional flexibility and range of motion while skiing. With the debut of advanced features such as Gregory’s new EdgeShield abrasion technology on the diagonal ski carry system, snow shedding backpanels and lightweight four-season aluminum hardware, the Targhee continues it’s tradition of industry firsts and uncompromising pack design.

For Fall 2016 the line is available in two new colors, Vapor Blue and Patrol Black, and is available in 26L, 32L and 45L. The Targhee 32 and Targhee 45 are available in small, medium and large size options, for a more personalized fit. The packs range from $169 to $209.

The full line of Gregory’s Fall 2016 products will be on display at the 2016 OR Winter Market at Gregory booth #5037 in the Salt Palace Convention Center.  To make a media appointment, please contact Cory Lowe at cory.lowe@backbonemedia.net.
