8 new menu items added to Summit Grill and Bar

New additions are featured across the menu, and are available now
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (November 20, 2015) – Both Summit Grill and Bar locations introduce new menu items. The new menu items are featured across the menu and include starters, salads, sandwiches and entrees and incorporate seasonal produce and unique ingredients, such as butternut squash, mango, Andouille sausage, roasted jalapeno aioli and warm bacon vinaigrette.
New to the Summit Grill and Bar – Waldo location are the Grilled Salmon Sandwich and Steak and Frites
New to the Summit Grill and Bar – Lee’s Summit location are the House Smoked Salmon Spread, B.L.T.O.G and the Black and Blue Steak Salad.
New to both the Lee’s Summit and Waldo locations are the Fall Salad, BBQ Shrimp n’ Grits and the Dry Rub Burger. Also returning to both locations is the signature French Onion Soup, a customer favorite during the colder months.

House Smoked Salmon Spread – capers, red onion, fresh dill, toasted crostinis
