If it is the same with you, then you can make pasta healthier and even more delicious by adding sweet corn to it. It is an easy-to-make recipe. You just need to put sweet corn and butter in a kettle. Let it cook till it becomes tender and soft. After a few minutes, remove sweet corn and add pasta into the kettle with three cups of water. Drain the whole water after your pasta is sufficiently boiled. You can now add olive oil, salt, sweet corn, parsley, oregano, chili flakes, and coriander as per your taste. Mix the ingredients well with your boiled pasta. Lastly, add cheese and serve your sweet corn pasta!

Curried Couscous

Curried couscous is absolutely scrumptious, and you only need an electric kettle and a few basic ingredients to prepare it. Couscous, coconut milk, and curry paste are the basic ingredients. Can of mixed veggies, precooked chicken, sprouts, silken tofu, and dried cranberries are the suggested optional ingredients. Boil the water in a kettle and add into a bowl with the amount of couscous you will eat. You can check the instructions for water to couscous ratio. Now, you have to cover the bowl with a plate, lid, or anything so that water can be observed and couscous can be cooked. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes and then add warm coconut milk with the canned veggies that need to be slightly cooked. Cover it for like 5 minutes again. It’s time that you add the curry paste and optional ingredients as per your taste. Stir the ingredients well and enjoy your couscous.

Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal

You need oatmeal, dried cranberries, walnuts, fresh apples, and honey/sugar/maple syrup to make this recipe. First, you get to boil water using your electric kettle. Now place the oatmeal in a bowl and add boiled water. Properly cover the top and wait for like 5 minutes so that oatmeal can be cooked with heat. Now remove the lid from the top and add chopped walnuts, cubed-cut apple pieces, dried cranberries, and optional ingredients. Stir the mixture and enjoy a bowl of yummy oatmeal in your breakfast.

Breakfast Burrito

You can conveniently cook breakfast burrito (Mexican scramble). It is an easy brunch fool that you can prepare every Sunday by using only a few ingredients. Eggs and salsa are the basic ingredients for a Mexican burrito. However, the suggested optional ingredients include cheese, milk, lettuce, black beans, canned veggies, avocado, tortillas, jalapenos, and chorizo. To prepare yummy Mexican scramble, you need to boil water in a kettle. Crack eggs into a Ziploc bag, add milk and stir with the eggs, add salsa, put desired optional ingredients, and then seal the Ziploc bag. Now place that bag into the hot water of the kettle, and boil it for like 5 to 7 minutes.
