Summit Grill and Bar - Lee's Summit will Host Special Thanksgiving Day Feast and Offer Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go Options for Guests

Guests are invited to place advanced orders for a traditional roasted turkey dinner to-go, or join Summit Grill –Lee’s Summit on Thanksgiving Day for dinner

Lee’s Summit, Mo. (November 10, 2015) – Summit Grill and Bar Lee’s Summit will host a special Thanksgiving Day dinner on Thursday, November 26, 2015. The Thanksgiving Day menu features traditional dishes such as a roasted turkey dinner, honey baked ham dinner and pumpkin pie by the slice, as well as several Summit signature dishes including lobster stuffed salmon and slow-roasted Black Angus prime rib.

Summit Grill and Bar will offer special Thanksgiving dinner to-go options. To-go orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on Monday, November 23. Orders will be available to pick up hot and ready to eat on Thanksgiving morning. To-go options include the roasted turkey dinner, pumpkin pie by the slice and all soups and salads on the Thanksgiving menu.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip – tortillas, tomato relish, parmesan 

Stuffed Shrimp – bacon wrapped, cheese grits, BBQ sauce 

Spicy Buffalo Wings – blue cheese or ranch dressing 

Togarashi Fried Shrimp – Sriracha lime aioli and Thai chili sauce 

Fried Calamari – banana and crispy peppers, roasted tomato sauce

Pot Roast Nachos – pepper jack and cheddar cheese, chipotle cream 

Portabella Mushroom Bruschetta – herb goat cheese, balsamic glaze

Steak Street Tacos – slow-roasted chipotle steak, cilantro, queso

Soups and Salads:

Fall Salad  - roasted beets, butternut squash, goat cheese

Caesar Salad – croutons, shaved parmesan 

Chopped Salad – tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, bacon, feta cheese, parmesan, red wine vinaigrette

 Roasted Turkey - mashed potatoes, cornbread dressing, green beans, cranberry sauce and house-made turkey gravy

Both locations are open daily for lunch, dinner and happy hour, as well as Saturday and Sunday brunch. The restaurant’s menus features a range of options from sandwiches, salads and burgers to hand-cut steaks and seafood.
