November 6, 2015 - Scottsdale, AZ -- CCS Presentation Systems in Arizona and California and Newport Beach, CA-based Lifestyle Technology Group, LLC have recently announced a strategic partnership that will provide architects, interior designers, luxury home builders and home owners full-service design/build capabilities in the California and Arizona markets. The combination of these two companies bring an incredible mix of talent and combined experience to the custom home & luxury lifestyle marketplace.

“With LTG’s technology expertise and CCS’ geographic presence and massive resources, we’re able to deliver and support our customers at a higher level than what they may be used to” said Dave Sell, President of LTG. “Our business and personal relationships with CCS founder, John Godbout and CCS California CEO, David Riberi go back years and are based on trust and integrity. We know we’ve partnered with the right people and company”, Sell continued.

Both Sell and business partner Eric Stanley are veterans of the industry and recent Crestron executives. At Crestron, Sell oversaw all sales and technical operations in the Western region and Stanley managed a technical team of over 30 support agents. With over 20+ years of experience each, their knowledge and skill working on high-end custom homes goes wide and deep.

“Out of necessity, we were always very involved in these projects assisting the integrator in some manner, be it system design, installation, programming or commissioning” Sell says. “We know we can do it better. We have absolute command of the products and solutions Crestron provides. No one else in our market can make that claim and back it up”.

“We are excited to enter into the custom luxury home marketplace. With nearly 25 years of experience in commercial audio visual systems integration, CCS is ready to bring our expertise as an industry leader to the focused markets of Arizona and California”, said John Godbout. CCS has expanded operations to include project managers, design engineers and integration specialists dedicated solely to home automation customers. “We are all in and thrilled to now be able to provide residential customers the specialized services their homes deserve”, said David Riberi.
