Dover is unique among NASCAR ovals one mile or less in length, in that inner liners are required on all four tire positions . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.
NASCAR K&N Pro Series East: Goodyear will also provide tires for the K&N East race at Dover this week . . . Dover is the only track these teams run this combination of tire codes -- D-3066 on the left-side and D-3067 on the right-side . . . K&N teams are allowed four sets of tires for this event -- two for practice, one to qualify/start the race and one to put on at the mid-race break.
