Mr. Waite will practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law and landlord-tenant disputes.
Mr. Waite has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Mr. Waite is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Associated General Contractors.
