LAS VEGAS – The highly-anticipated new Center Bar is now open at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Located within the heart of the resort, the bigger and better Center Bar gives off an energetic vibe with its upgraded look, new lounge area, expanded cocktail menu and spectacular panoramic views of the casino floor.

“Twenty years ago, Hard Rock Hotel opened its doors and introduced a new bar concept to the public that was continually sought after and replicated amongst other properties in Las Vegas,” said Jody Lake, chief operating officer at Hard Rock Hotel. “Center Bar stood strong and created memories for many people, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome guests back to experience the new Center Bar, which represents the past, present and future of the property.”

The new design, made out of beautiful white spring granite and silver paneling, maintains the raised and circular form of the original Center Bar that many know and love. A LED light fixture hangs above the glowing tower bottle display and serves as the new focal point in Center Bar’s domed ceiling. It also features innovative video capabilities that allow it to stream colors that match the music videos playing on the surrounding high-definitions TVs.

The new lounge area at Center Bar creates a more comfortable atmosphere for guests to enjoy a beverage with its mix of banquettes, stone-top cocktail tables, plush couches and high-definition TVs. The eclectic furniture is upholstered with faux alligator textures and smooth velvets that incorporate shades of purple and golden amber. The space is only steps from Hard Rock Hotel’s award-winning entertainment venues, The Joint and Vinyl, which makes it a convenient gathering spot for guests to grab a drink, watch music videos or catch a game before the show. To complete the ambiance, the new lounge area’s ceiling has a series of polished, metal-trimmed, hexagon-shaped coves fixed with multicolor lights that dance to the sounds of music heard throughout the property.

Guests can also enjoy Center Bar’s new upscale cocktail menu that features martinis, beer, wine and specialty drinks created by employees who began working at the original Center Bar in 1995. Beverages include Fu Fu Cachu, made with Malibu Rum, Captain Morgan Rum, pineapple juice and cranberry juice; B-Train to Georgia, a fruity mix of CÎROC Peach, Cointreau, orange juice, cranberry juice and pineapple juice; Fire on Ice, a blend of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire, Baileys Irish Cream, White Crème de Cacao and butterscotch; All Nighter, complete with Stoli Vanil, Kahúla, iced coffee and Baileys Irish Cream; Painted Woman, mixed with CÎROC Red Berry, X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, prickly pear juice, fresh lime juice and orange blossom water; or CÎROC Obama, a smooth blend of CÎROC, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, Chamboard Liqueur and cream.
