Wilmington, NC (PRWEB) August 7, 2015- XiLi Mobile, an innovative real estate SMS marketing company, has gained admission into Keller Williams Approved Vendor program, giving nearly 700 of their franchises an opportunity to utilize XiLi Mobile’s user-friendly, automated text message marketing service to quickly respond to property inquiries and increase clientele.

XiLi Mobile offers a user-friendly text marketing service that automates the process of generating leads for real estate agents and brokers. Here’s how it works for Keller Williams agents:

  1. A Real Estate Agent easily signs up For XiLi Mobile online.

  2. XiLi Mobile automatically creates mobile-friendly microsites for all of the Agent’s Property Listings on the local MLS. XiLi Mobile’s microsites all include property information, pictures, maps, and the the Agent’s contact information!

  3. The Agent markets his properties’ XiLi Mobile microsites through traditional mediums: yard signs, social media, brochures, etc. and includes instructions on how to instantly access them via text message.

  4. Prospective home buyers notice the Agents’ text instructions and proceed text keyword “KW” (or a custom keyword!) to “86789” (or a custom brokerage shortcode!).

  5. XiLi Mobile instantly sends prospective buyers a URL containing microsites for the 10 property listings nearest their current location. The prospective buyer then views the Agent’s property listing microsite.

  6. The Agent is instantly notified (via email or text) of when prospective buyers are viewing his/her property listings, and given their phone numbers so they can follow up fast & effectively!

With XiLi Mobile, Agents are continuously notified when prospective buyers view their listings, and have the opportunity to follow up with prospects when they are at the peak of their interest.

TEXT: “KW” TO: “86789” to see how it works now!

XiLi Mobile also offers a white labeled version of their services to larger brokerages - as is the case with Keller Williams. XiLi Mobile’s partnership with Keller Williams will give franchise agents opportunities to create relationships with homeowners that were previously unreachable.

“There is no work for Keller Williams agents to do anymore with this system. We built it so that agents don’t need technical knowledge and so they wouldn’t have to manually enter any additional information on a property to get the service to work. They only need to advertise it to buyers,” said Geoff Gohs, XiLi Mobile’s CEO.

More and more prospective homebuyers are using smartphones throughout their home search, and XiLi Mobile provides prospects with an intuitive home buying experience right from their phones. Best of all for agents, XiLi’s simple-to-use platform effectively generates leads, integrates with all CRM products, and doesn’t create additional work!

XiLi will be demonstrating their product from August 17th - 21st at the Keller Williams Mega Camp Conference in Austin, Texas at Booth 858 - be sure to visit to use their charging station, enter an iPad raffle, and to learn more about this exciting technology!

Be sure to follow XiLi on twitter (@XiLiMobile), Facebook, and LinkedIn for the latest information on Real Estate Technology and Marketing best practices!
