One of two MVP awards earned for innovative, new technology awarded by SSI Magazine

The DMP Virtual Keypad App has been recognized by Security Sales & Integration (SSI) magazine as the top, new product in its Home Controls App category. SSI presented its Most Valuable Products (MVP) award to DMP at the annual SAMMY Awards event, held April 14 in Las Vegas. The CellComSL was selected above other entries by a panel of accomplished industry leaders and SSI editors who judged it to be a superior product based on criteria that included innovation, functionality, competitive advantages, and benefits to integrators and end users.

"There are dozens of security system apps available because manufacturers and system integrators know the features provided by apps are much desired by their customers," said Executive Director of Marketing, Mark Hillenburg. "Considering the large number of competitors in this product category, SSI’s choice of the DMP Virtual Keypad App is especially exciting. We believe the DMP App’s simplicity, functionality, and elegance made it the standout. Everyone at DMP is grateful to SSI for recognizing the superiority of this innovative product.”

The DMP Virtual Keypad App provides mobile access to a number of security system functions via their mobile device. The App allows users to remotely control lights, thermostats, door locks, and garage doors.  Users can view live cameras and recorded clips as well as confirm or cancel alarms via the app.  Video Verification offers users the ability to view video delivered from the premises to the system owner and Central Station Video Verification sends alarm activated clips to the central station.  All these features and more are available via an easy-to-use interface along with standard features such as arming/disarming, checking status, area arming, user profiles and output control.

Members of the DMP authorized dealer network appreciate the ability to custom-brand the app with their logo, contact details, and social media icons. This provides a daily reminder to system owners of the security-system professional.
