Phoenix, AZ (July 1, 2015) – LaneTerralever has been named as a 2015 CareerBuilder® Top Company to Work for in Arizona by CareerBuilder and Republic Media (The Arizona Republic, azcentral, La Voz).

“It’s a great honor to be recognized for the vibrant and unique culture that we’ve cultivated at LaneTerralever. We know our most valuable asset as a business is our staff of the best and brightest in the industry. We are very proud to be recognized as one of Arizona’s Top Companies to Work for,“ said LaneTerralever CEO, Beau Lane.

LaneTerralever strives to create a environment that encourages collaboration between different departments and skill sets within the agency. The company calls the process “AgilLT”, and uses it to offer next-level collaboration between the agency and client partners. The unique difference lies in the adaption of Agile process and methodology for an integrated marketing agency. The process enables teams to uncover potential risks, agree on a definition of done, and most importantly set the tone for joint decision-making and increased transparency from the onset of the project.

All participating companies completed a two-part assessment process conducted by the independent workplace research firm, Best Companies Group (BCG).  75 percent of the evaluation process was based on employee engagement surveys that focused on eight core areas:

·      Leadership and Planning

·      Corporate Culture and Communications

·      Role Satisfaction

·      Work Environment

·      Relationship with Supervisor

·      Training, Development and Resources

·      Pay and Benefits

·      Overall Engagement

“This Top Company list gets more competitive each year”, says Denise Gredler, CEO of BestCompaniesAZ and consulting partner for the program. “The list winners had very impressive employee survey results averaging an overall favorable rate of 88 percent and an overall employee engagement score of 91 percent, which is more than double the national average. “

25 percent was based on responses from an employer questionnaire where BCG asked about benefits, HR policies and the fun things the employers do for their employees. Using the combined data from both parts of the survey process, BCG was able to determine 75 companies good enough to make the list.
