Jax Fish House Oyster Bar launches options for private dining

The Bar Experience

Those who want direct bar access can reserve a portion of the main bar and the community table. This area features a fish tank and seating across from the TVs showing sporting events. The bar experience often hosts birthday parties, anniversary parties and intimate celebrations.

Capacity: 25- 30 seated

Main Dining

The main dining area can be reserved for larger groups who want the full Jax Fish House experience. This area is less formal, with paper covered tables and crayons, and is ideal for relaxed business dinners, large family events and large-scale celebrations.

Capacity: 72 seated

The Whole Dang Thing

Businesses or guests have the option of reserving the entire Jax Fish House restaurant, including the dining room and bar.

Capacity: 135 seated or cocktail

Jax For Lunch

Business or event lunches are available for medium to large size groups. Because lunch falls outside of normal operating hours, guests will have the restaurant to themselves. Lunch events have their own special menu featuring soup, salad, sandwiches and specialties

Capacity: 70 seated or 135 cocktail

Jax At Home

For those who want to keep the party at home, Jax offers at home services that include shucking Jax’s proprietary Emersum oysters, cocktail party catering or an intimate dinner with a customized tasting menu.

Jax offers three different customizable multi-course, plated options for private dinners while private lunches feature two courses of soup or salad and specialties and sandwiches. Those looking for a cocktail party may have stationary or passed bites with choices of 17 appetizers, Jax’s signature raw bar, caviar, seafood platters, and crab boils.

FOURTH OF JULY SPECIAL: Red, White & Boil

Jax Fish House is offering a Red, White & Boil special on the Fourth of July to take to the lake, park or backyard at home. Before July 2, guests can pre-order a crab boil with 1 pound of snow crab, one-fourth pound of shrimp, potatoes and corn for $45. All guests have to do is boil everything in a pot at home with the spicy, lemon-rich broth provided as part of the takeout package. Orders must be picked up before 4 p.m. on July 3rd.
