LaneTerralever Wins 1st Place AMA Spectrum Award For “Elevate AZ” Campaign

PHOENIX (June 11, 2014) – Phoenix-based LaneTerralever was recognized with a first place 2015 AMA (American Marketing Association) Spectrum Award for its work during the week of Super Bowl XLIX on behalf of National Bank of Arizona (NB|AZ). 

In an effort to promote Arizona and the businesses that impact its communities and citizens, NB|AZ turned to LaneTerralever to create an integrated marketing campaign.

With the help and guidance of LaneTerralever, the bank sponsored the 30-foot-tall by 100-foot-wide Grand Canyon Experience rock wall in the highly trafficked Verizon Super Bowl Central in downtown Phoenix. LT furthered interest by leveraging relationships with news crews and Arizona sports partners to come and climb the wall.

Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton deemed the Grand Canyon Experience rock wall “the heart of Super Bowl Central.” The wall gained national and local media attention, as it was used for numerous backdrops by networks including the NFL Network, NBC’s Today ShoESPNw and NBC’s The Today ShowESPN. LaneTerralever also created the official NB|AZ “Elevate AZ” commercial that aired during the broadcast of Super Bowl XLIX.

The Phoenix chapter of the American Marketing Association hosted the awards ceremony on June 8th at Tempe Center for the Arts Theatre in Tempe Arizona.

The annual Spectrum Awards honor top marketing professionals in the Phoenix-metro area for creativity, passion and excellence. An esteemed panel of judges selects winners by evaluating campaigns on overall execution, objectives, strategies, tactics and results.
