Miner's Delight Historic Gold Mining Adventure Trek

Join the Pioneer Museum in Lander Wyoming for a Wind River Visitor's Council Adventure Trek to the Historic Gold Mining Town Miner's Delight on June 20th at 10am.  The staff from the Pioneer Museum will take a group on a tour of Miner's Delight and discuss the boom and bust of the gold mining area.  See the original historic structures and learn about how gold mining was done and its effect on the area.  Call the Pioneer Museum at 307-332-1075 to reserve your spot on the tour.  Meet at the Museum at 1443 W Main St, bring a water bottle, sturdy shoes, sunscreen and a sack lunch.  Estimated travel and tour time to the site and back to the Pioneer Museum is 4 hrs.
