First Lady Mead celebrates reading at Wyoming Reads in Casper

First Lady Mead attended the Wyoming Reads celebration in Casper on May 19th. The program celebrates first graders throughout the state and their new ability to read. Each first grader in the state received a copy of First Lady Mead's children's book, Wyoming Firsts, and another book of their choosing.
