JACKSON, Wyo. (March 24, 2016) — As springtime approaches in the Tetons, Jackson Hole apparel company Stio® looks forward to corn skiing, mountain biking and trail running. This spring, the company introduces a fresh collection with essentials to equip each activity of the mountain athlete’s active lifestyle.

Leading the spring line is the new Second Light Alpha Jacket for men and women, a lightweight, versatile, active insulation style for warmth and breathability during high output activities. Constructed with Meridian AP™ Stretch Mini-Ripstop and Polartec® Alpha® technology to regulate core body temperature, the Second Light Alpha is the one layer you can put on and leave on during stop-and-go activities. Built to perform in any environment, it comes in a reversible design and features a DWR (durable water repellent) coating for superior protection against the elements. Also featuring Meridian™ technology are the Second Light Jacket, Second Light Short and Second Light Skirt.

“As the weather gets warmer, we need apparel that will perform when we finally hang up the skis and dust off the mountain bike and the SUP,” says Stio VP of Marketing & Sales, Noah Waterhouse, “This spring, we’ve added new styles with technical features and fabrics that will perform whether we’re out on the trail, at elevation in the mountains or on the river.”

The Tensleep Twill Pant is this season’s ultimate new active lifestyle pant for men, which allows for easy transitions from the office to the campsite and beyond. Made with TransDRY® cotton twill, the Tensleep is breathable, wicks moisture and expedites drying time.

Expanding on the CFS line of mountain surfwear, the new CFS Board Trunk maintains the same surf short look of the CFS Board Short with an elastic waist for easy pull-on. Featuring the new Mountain Camouflage print, both styles feature Sphero HO™  stretch poplin for stretch mobility and UPF 50+ sun protection for long days on the river or lake.

The Divide line also expands this season with new active lifestyle pieces including the Divide Hooded Pullover for men and women, featuring a soft, moisture-wicking drirelease® polyester/cotton blend with proprietary FreshGuard® technology to neutralize odor. New for women, the Divide Dress also features drirelease® with FreshGuard® technology, and is the perfect companion over leggings or a swimsuit.
