Hattie Larlham is proud to welcome Al Rhoades as its new IT Director. Al will manage all IT/phone assets, oversee vendors, maintain and enforce written policies and procedures, evaluate new equipment software and processes and maintain security of all data proprietary to the organization.

Al brings 35+ years of diverse IT experience to our organization, including extensive consulting, management and leadership experience.

Al's background includes tenure with a very large global organization (Unisys Corporation), small/medium organizations such as a Wisconsin based school administration software development firm and a large Cleveland based organization, Applied Industrial Technologies.

A native of Wisconsin, Al received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He is a board member of Society of Information Management (SIM), and is active in his church on the men’s ministry board, military family support group and marriage mentoring. Al resides in Hudson Ohio with his wife Paula. They have three grown children, two daughters (one serving in the US Marines as an MP) and one son.

Established in 1961, Hattie Larlham is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Twinsburg, Ohio. The organization provides residential, medical, recreational and work training services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Association for the Developmentally Disabled (ADD), a Hattie Larlham agency, offers these services in central Ohio.
