Tart Offers Beer-Tasting DineLA Menu and Chance to Win Two-Night Hotel Stay

LOS ANGELES – January 7, 2016 – TART restaurant, located inside the iconic Farmer’s Daughter Hotel in the historic Fairfax District in L.A., today announced its exclusive dineLA menu, which will run from Jan. 18-31.

For the ultimate pairing menu and a pint of love executive chef, Keith Shutta, has brewed up the perfect match with a bespoke four-course meal that couples delicious new dishes with craft beers diners will fall in love with, all for $39.00 per person.

Beer lovers across LA who indulge in this tasting menu during dineLA automatically become “TART Beerliever” members and will be provided with a special token to receive a free beer of their choice the next time they visit the restaurant for dinner*.

During the “Beer-mance” dineLA offering, those who snap an image at TART and share it to Facebook or Instagram tagging @Tartrestaurant and #TartBeermance will automatically be entered for a chance to win a two-night stay at the Farmer’s Daughter Hotel.

TART’s dineLA menu includes:

Appetizer:

·       Fried delicata squash rings

·       Paired with: Modern Times Blazing World hoppy amber

and

·       Market apple salad with blue-cheese yogurt, spiced candied walnuts, capers, arugula, oatmeal crisp and an apple cider vinaigrette

·       Paired with: 101 Cider House Cactus Red

Entree: 

•       Crispy skinned “Angel Eye” with creamed mushrooms, fried Rapini leaves, baby leeks and Atomic horseradish butter

or

·       Chicken and black truffle dumplings with carrots, onion, celery and cabbage

·       Paired with: The Bruery Jardinier

Dessert: 

·       Warm fruit pain perdu with vanilla bean ice cream

·       Paired with: Anderson Valley Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrel Stout
