Topsy’s Popcorn and Perfume Palace open pop-up stores at Legends Outlets Kansas City for the holiday season

KANSAS CITY, Kan (Dec. 14, 2015) – Just in time for the holidays, Legends Outlets announces that Topsy’s Popcorn and Perfume Palace have opened pop-up locations at Kansas City’s signature outlet shopping destination. The new, pop-up stores bring favorite holiday finds to Legends Outlets’ 1.2 million-square-foot center, offering classic hostess gifts and stocking stuffers in one convenient location.
