It’s been 12 years since Damien Leith won over Australia’s heart, taking out the 2006 series of Australian Idol. Since then Damien has released 9 sensational albums and has toured extensively. In 2019 he’s embarking on a brand new tour, ‘The Best of Damien Leith with String Quartet’ celebrating the best of those 9 albums alongside the lush sound of strings.
With a voice that has been described as both ‘Powerful and Angelic’ in the same sentence, there’s no finer way to showcase that sound than with the beauty of a string quartet.
This is a strictly limited run of dates and audiences can expect to hear crowd favourites like ‘Hallelujah’, ‘Crying’ and ‘American Trilogy’ in amongst a collection of well-known songs and original compositions. Damien’s shows are always intimate, personable and most of all, filled with world-class music.
