Before you get started, you need to ensure that you are setting up the club for the right reasons. Perhaps you want to set up a club for kids who would not otherwise get the chance to play. Maybe you simply want to have fun with your friends. Find a Pitch to Play On

Inevitably, you are going to need a pitch to play on. So, you need to start looking around your local area for possibilities. Alternatively, you could look for a football turf and set up your own. Ultimately, you need to select a location that is going to be convenient enough for everyone to access. Bear in mind that this is going to represent a significant amount of your expenses, and you need to compare and contrast the different prices available to you as much as possible.

Apply for Licenses

When you set up a team, you will need to get it properly accredited to ensure that you can enter league and cup competitions. This means filling in a lot of paperwork and having a board of directors who are accountable. You will need to apply for things such as insurance and enforce a code of contact. Recruit Sufficient Players
