Sweet Potato Puree

Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamins A and C, potassium, and fiber. To make sweet potato puree, peel and chop one medium-sized sweet potato into small pieces. Boil the sweet potato in a pot of water until tender. Drain and add the sweet potato to your blender with a little water or breast milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Apple and Pear Sauce

Apples and pears are great sources of fiber and vitamin C. To make apple and pear sauce, peel and core one apple and one pear. Cut them into small pieces and add them to a pot with a little water. Simmer over medium heat until the fruit is tender. Drain the fruit and add it to your blender. Blend until smooth.

Banana Yogurt Blend

Pea and Mint Puree

Peas are a great source of protein, fiber, and vitamin C. To make pea and mint puree, boil one cup of frozen peas in a pot of water until tender. Drain and add the peas to your blender with a handful of fresh mint leaves and a little water or breast milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
