TAGAYTAY, PHILIPPINES – Media OutReach Newswire – 19 October 2026 – Via Appia Tagaytay has been recognized as the Emerging Hotel in Asia 2026 at the prestigious ACES Awards, marking a significant milestone for the Italian-inspired boutique hotel and its growing presence in the region's hospitality landscape.
Via Appia Tagaytay Hotel was recognised among Emerging Hotels in Asia at ACES Awards 2026 for its distinctive hospitality experience.
The recognition celebrates Via Appia Tagaytay's distinctive approach to boutique hospitality, bringing together Italian-inspired design, personalized VIP service, meaningful celebrations, and digital innovation to create guest experiences that are elegant, intimate, and memorable.
Inspired by the historic Via Appia Antica, one of ancient Rome's oldest and most iconic roads, the hotel takes its name from a timeless symbol of journey, connection, and enduring elegance. At Via Appia Tagaytay, that spirit is reimagined as an invitation to pause, connect, celebrate, and create meaningful stories.
At the heart of the property is the question "Quo Vadis?" — Where are you going? For Via Appia, the answer is toward experiences worth remembering.
Whether the journey leads to a wedding, anniversary, romantic escape, family celebration, corporate retreat, or simply a much-needed pause, Via Appia Tagaytay is designed to transform each stay into something personal.
An Italian-Inspired Escape in Tagaytay
Positioned as an Italian Boutique Hotel, Via Appia Tagaytay brings the atmosphere of an Italian escape to one of the Philippines' most beloved leisure destinations.
The property features 51 rooms, Italian-inspired architecture and landscaped surroundings, intimate spaces, wedding and event venues, an indoor pool, wellness facilities, and a replica of the Domine Quo Vadis Chapel. Its experiences range from Tuscan-inspired weddings and romantic dinners to personalized stays, wellness escapes, family gatherings, and intimate celebrations.
Rather than focusing solely on accommodation, Via Appia Tagaytay is building its identity around experiences designed to be difficult to replicate.
Where Italian Elegance Meets Filipino Hospitality
Via Appia Tagaytay believes that true luxury is not simply about scale or extravagance, it is about being remembered.
Through services such as VIP Butler Service, personalized welcome cards, birthday and anniversary surprises, and a dedicated Event Concierge, the hotel seeks to treat every guest as an individual rather than a room number.
This philosophy is captured in its brand promise: "Experience Italy in the Heart of Tagaytay." The goal is to combine the charm of an Italian-inspired escape with the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality that define the Filipino experience.
Hospitality Designed for the Digital Traveler
While rooted in history, Via Appia Tagaytay is equally focused on the future. Its digital guest experience incorporates Digital Check-in, Express Checkout, QR Menus, WhatsApp and Viber Concierge, Digital Butler services, online room selection, electronic registration, mobile payment, and guest messaging.
For Via Appia, technology is not intended to replace hospitality, but to enhance it, giving guests greater convenience while preserving highly personalized service.
A Destination for Love, Celebration and Connection
The property is also developing its position as a destination for life's most meaningful occasions, from Tuscan-inspired garden weddings, intimate and micro weddings, sunset celebrations,
Catholic weddings, and destination weddings to proposals, anniversaries, honeymoons, babymoons, engagements, and romantic dinners.
It also welcomes families, corporate groups, faith-based organizations, and retreat participants, creating a versatile destination for both intimate milestones and meaningful gatherings.
The ACES 2026 recognition affirms Via Appia Tagaytay's vision of becoming one of Tagaytay's preferred boutique destinations for romance, weddings, celebrations, family stays, corporate retreats, and personalized VIP hospitality.
For Via Appia Tagaytay, the journey is only beginning. Quo Vadis? Where are you going? Toward a place where every arrival has a story, every celebration has a setting, and every stay becomes a memory worth taking home.
