Success Tutoring announces two major senior leadership appointments as global expansion accelerates

Success Tutoring, the world’s fastest-growing personalised education franchise, has today announced two significant global appointments, signalling the company’s rapid international expansion and its ability to attract some of the highest-calibre talent in the franchise and education sectors.

The company has appointed Michele Saidi as Head of Global Franchise Recruitment and Maryam Aishaia as Global Head of Onboarding, two powerhouse leaders who will play critical roles in the company’s aggressive international rollout across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, India and beyond.

Founder and Global CEO Michael Black said the appointments reflect the brand’s accelerated growth and its commitment to building the strongest, most sophisticated franchise support ecosystem in the global tutoring industry.

“These are two of the most important leadership appointments in our history,” Black said.

“Michele and Maryam represent the next era of Success Tutoring, fast global expansion supported by world-class people and world-class systems,” he said.

Michele Saidi, Head of Global Franchise Recruitment

Michele Saidi will lead Success Tutoring’s global franchise recruitment function as the company prepares for its next wave of international expansion.

With more than a decade of leadership experience across sales, franchise growth and team development, Saidi has already played a crucial role in driving record-breaking franchise launches across Australia. During her time as Australian Growth Leader, she became known for her ability to support new franchise partners through high-performance launches and strong early momentum.

Before joining Success Tutoring, Saidi held leadership roles with F45, Anytime Fitness and Fitness First, gaining deep expertise in scaling franchises and coaching high-performing teams.

In her new global role, Saidi will spearhead franchise expansion across Australia, New Zealand and the United States and will support newly appointed Master Franchise Partners in India and Canada. She will collaborate closely with CEO Michael Black and the Success Tutoring Executive Team to further advance the company’s global mission.

“The world is ready for a franchise that changes lives for students and franchise partners,” Saidi said.

“My mission is to connect with people and grow together. Success Tutoring is a movement, not just a business and I’m excited to help bring that mission to more countries around the world.”

Maryam Aishaia, Global Head of Onboarding

Maryam Aishaia will lead franchise onboarding worldwide, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to delivering world-class franchise support, consistent global standards and powerful centre launches across multiple continents.

Aishaia’s journey reflects the organisation’s core philosophy of motivate, inspire, uplift. She began as a tutor, later progressing to Assistant Manager, Centre Manager and eventually Onboarding Manager. Her hands-on experience across every stage of the Success Tutoring system means she understands exactly what franchise partners need to launch confidently and successfully.

Her previous work involving the wider marketing team contributed to record-breaking pre-opening results, including centres achieving over 50 members within their first day of opening.  Her real-world operational knowledge has been widely credited as a key driver of centre success.

In her new role, Aishaia will lead a growing international onboarding team, ensuring every new Success Tutoring centre opens with the same operational excellence that has become the brand’s hallmark.

“I’ve run a centre, trained teams and supported countless launches,” Aishaia said.

“My mission is to make the onboarding process world-class.”

Aishaia will continue strengthening the Success Academy and further refining the onboarding pathway so new franchise partners experience a structured, confident and clearly defined journey from agreement to opening. With strong foundations, clearer roadmaps and more robust training programs, franchise partners can aim for fast early enrolments and high success rates.

Michael Black said Aishaia’s promotion marks a monumental step forward.

“This is a major step toward building the world’s leading education franchise,” Black said.

A global expansion strategy backed by world-class leaders

Success Tutoring is rapidly expanding across the United States, Canada, New Zealand, India and the United Kingdom. With growth occurring at unprecedented speed, the company is investing heavily in leadership, systems and global support infrastructure to ensure every franchise partner succeeds.

Both Aishaia and Saidi will work closely with Michael Black to strengthen global standards across centre operations, team culture, tutor training, student experience, customer service and pre-opening growth. Their combined expertise ensures that whether a centre opens in Dallas, Auckland, Vancouver or Mumbai, families receive the same exceptional Success Tutoring experience and franchise partners enter the business with confidence, clarity and world-class support.

Success Tutoring is not just expanding globally, it is building the global framework to ensure every franchise partner thrives.

About Success Tutoring

Founded by Michael Black in 2017, Success Tutoring is the world’s fastest growing education and tutoring franchise business with multiple locations across Australia and New Zealand.  Further locations are scheduled for the US.  The addition of Canada will spearhead the brand’s centre growth.

The company offers weekly tutoring sessions in English and math for students aged five to 17, with a school readiness program for kids even younger and selective school and scholarship exam preparation tutoring also available. The Success Model not only empowers students to work at their own pace towards progress but also finds success in the social aspect of students coming together and working as a community of students to find motivation, inspiration and a lifelong love of learning.
