A robot vacuum is one of the most effective ways to keep on top of vacuuming with minimal effort. It works on a schedule of your choosing and moves around the room to pick up hair, dust, dirt, and any other particles. If you are in the market for a Robot Vacuum in Australia, look no further than our Top 5 picks!

  1. 360 Smart Life

In our top spot is 360 Smart Life, a company that specialises in technology, from wearable tech to video security, vacuums, and robot vacuums. With a wide variety of affordable solutions, 360 is always on the front foot of innovation.

  1. Roborock

It is China's best-selling robot vacuum, and there is a range of different options depending on your budget and your needs.

  1. iRobot

iRobot is most famous for its Roomba device that hit the market in 2002, the same year its defence robots were deployed with the US military.

  1. Ecovacs

Evovacs launched their first robot vacuum in 2006; it was one of the earliest entries to hit the market.

  1. Eufy

Eufy may be better known for its home security systems, but its affordable robot vacuums are also creating some noise.

360 Smart Life

With an entry price point of $299, topping out at $999, 360 Smart Life offers a wide range of options no matter your budget. Value is an important box to tick, but ultimately, the mark of a great robot vacuum is a product that makes your life simpler. 360 offers capable robots with LIDAR navigation for premium navigation.

At the top end of the range, the S10 is slimline so it can navigate beneath furniture without ever touching it. It can also differentiate between hard floors and carpets to respond appropriately. The battery is good for three hours of continuous cleaning, and with a massive dust bin and an even larger water tank, the S10 will work hard so you don't to.

The C50 is the entry robot vacuum and it packs a punch. This vacuum and mop rolled into one provide you with a powerful cleaning tool that provides switch modes whatever your need. The navigation system reduces overlap and provides improved coverage for an efficient clean. It will operate continuously for 2 hours, which should provide you with plenty enough power to clean all your floors.

Roborock

Roborock offers a wide range of options, with the S5 Max being one of the most popular. It's great on carpet and, even though its suction power is an average of 2000PA across all modes, it tends to pick up those stray bits many other robot vacuums fail to collect. In addition to precision water control, you can set virtual barriers to keep it focused on the task at hand. But don't expect a mop job that will let you eat off the floors.

iRobot

iRobot is a popular name in the robot vacuum game, perhaps because the Roomba was one of the earliest entries on the market. The Roomba i3+ offers self-emptying capabilities and tracks floor changes to adapt to carpet or hardwood. It remains one of the hottest robot vacuums on the market because it does a great job, but it comes with a hefty price tag, with the cheapest option available for $499 and the most expensive coming in at $2,899.

Ecovacs

Evocacs offers a range of robot vacuums with rotating sweeper brushes that attach to the underside of the body. If you have hardwood floors you can opt for a mop head addition. With the N8 Pro, you will need to pay extra if you want a flat wall charger and auto-emptying station, but there are plenty of options for all budgets. The N8 Pro will provide you with just under two hours of continuous cleaning.

Eufy

If you have a lot of carpets and pets as well, Eufy is an excellent option. It isn't going to provide you with heavy-duty cleaning, but it will be a handy buddy when it comes to general upkeep. The X8 Hybrid can mop your hard floors to provide a deeper clean while the vacuum will operate on multi-surfaces.

Robot Vacuums Australia

When the first robot vacuum was released in 1996, it couldn't collect debris, it collided with furniture and was an all-around mess. Less than three decades later, every iteration is better than the last. Now you don't need to worry about a robot vacuum making a bigger mess, they are fine-tuned for success. The right robot vacuum for you will depend on your budget, the size of your home, and whether you have pets and children. Your chosen robot vacuum won't replace the need for a handheld or stick altogether, but it will provide you with regular cleaning until you have time for deeper cleaning. And any piece of technology that makes your life a little bit easier is worth it if you have the budget.
