J. Gilbert’s to host collaborative I.P.A. beer dinner with Boulevard Brewing

OVERLAND PARK, KS. (Aug. 25, 2015) – J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood announces its first Boulevard Brewing Company I.P.A. dinner on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 6 p.m., featuring thoughtfully-crafted selections to complement the brews. The dinner includes five courses, plus a welcome course prepared by Executive Chef Ruben Rosales, paired with selections from Boulevard’s extensive I.P.A. beer selection and J. Gilbert’s beer cocktail offerings.
The dinner is priced at $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required, and seating is limited. Reservations can be made by calling J. Gilbert’s at (913) 642-8070.
