VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, June 17, 2015 – Grab your friends and celebrate the start of summer with the return of Bubbles, Beats & Brunch at MARKET by Jean-Georges. Bubbles, Beats & Brunch is for the social brunchers, the ones that want to kick weekend brunch up a notch, with shared plates, strong drinks, and a live DJ mix that gets everybody moving. Bubbles, Beats & Brunch will start on Sunday, June 21, and return every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, through until Labour Day.

Taking on a new twist this year, Bubbles, Beats & Brunch will recreate Jean-Georges’ classics into shared dishes, such as Quail Eggs Benedict served with Spinach, Mini French Toast with Roasted Apple Butter and Bacon Crumb, and last year’s standout favourite, Korean Fried Chicken. In addition to social plates, the menu will also feature traditional favourites for the brunch purists, including the Short Rib Hash with Skillet Baked Eggs and Crispy Kale, and Brown Butter Waffles with Macerated Berries, Mint and Maple Syrup.

A summer-themed Pitchers & Punch Bowls menu will keep guests cool with shareable sippers such as the Market Punch with Bulleit Bourbon, Pomegranate and Blueberry Tea, Orange, Pineapple, Lemon, Honey, Ginger Beer and Elemakule Tiki Bitters, or the Passion Punch with Baracadi Oakheart Spiced Rum, Martini Prosecco, Peach Tea, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Orgeat, and Elderflower.

Adding to the vibe will be DJ Charles Blair, a favourite of the local music scene for nearly a decade deejaying in locations ranging from top clubs to chill lounges and opening for both major foreign and local Vancouver acts. DJ Charles plays a well-rounded suite of sounds everything from Top 40s pop to eccentric underground house. DJ Charles will be joined each week by ‘Buddha Sax,’ one of Vancouver's most well-known and appreciated session musicians. A performer for over 11 years, he’s played at the city’s highest profile events and performed alongside some of the biggest names in electronic music.

For more information or reservations, call MARKET by Jean-Georges at (604) 695-1115 or visit www.marketbyjgvancouver.com. Follow Bubbles, Beats & Brunch on Twitter and Instagram at #BBBrunch.
