EXAIR's compressed air powered Chip Vac combines rugged construction, powerful suction, and portability to make an ideal vacuum for industrial cleanup.

The newest member of EXAIR’s Chip Vac family, the compressed air operated 30 gallon Chip Vac™ converts an ordinary 30 gallon open-top drum into an industrial duty vacuum designed specifically for vacuuming wet or dry chips. It creates a powerful direct flow action that effectively moves chips and scrap materials. It can clean chips from fixtures, floors and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, saws, mills and other industrial equipment. The Chip Vac can be moved quickly from drum to drum to make it easy to sort materials for recycling. This air powered vacuum has no motors to clog or wear out, assuring long life with virtually no maintenance. Other electrically operated “all purpose” vacuums on the market aren’t designed for industrial use and often break down, wear out or clog. The Chip Vac is also up to 50% quieter than a typical electrically powered vacuum and is CE Compliant.

In addition to the 30 gallon size, Chip Vacs are also available in 5, 55, and 110 gallon sizes. Systems include a drum lid with a locking ring that fits an open top drum, flexible vacuum hose, filter bag, and tools. Deluxe Systems add a drum dolly and tool holder for larger sizes. Premium Systems include a 30, 55 or 110 gallon drum and an upgrade to static resistant hose and heavy duty aluminum tools. The Chip Vac is covered by a five year warranty. Prices start at $632.
