The first ever connected biking system, COBI puts out international casting call for promotional video

Berlin, Germany (May 11, 2016) - Today COBI, the first integrated system to connect your cycling experience with the rest of your life, begins accepting video submissions for consideration in their upcoming brand video talent search. This contest will award two winners a trip to Berlin to star in the video and become the first people to experience COBI firsthand.

Anyone interested in being considered for the starring roll in this video can simply create a short video highlighting how cycling is an important part of their lives and how COBI could further improve their cycling experience.

“The idea for COBI is rooted in the passion for cycling found around the world,” explained Andreas Freitag, COBI’s Chief Marketing Officer. “So when we decided to create this video, we wanted to include some of the people who share this passion… a way of giving back to those who inspired it’s creation.”

Deadline for video entries is Sunday, May 29 and two winners will be selected from all videos submitted. Each video should be between 0:30 and 1:00 in length and submitted to www.cobi.bike/casting. Winners will be announced on June 1.

More information can be found on the COBI Facebook page and a short video explaining the contest can be found HERE.

Winners will receive free travel and hotel accommodations in Berlin plus their very own COBI connected biking system. This contest is open to everyone in the US and EU with filming scheduled for June 18-19. Winners will need to be in Berlin on these dates and allow ample time for travel.

Similar to the hands-free, Bluetooth-powered phone and music systems featured in many automobiles, COBI uses a smartphone to seamlessly blend dozens of connective, navigational, and  convenience tools into your cycling experience to create an elegant, simple to use, fully integrated application and smartphone system that keeps you connected to the rest of your life while riding. Check out the original COBI brand video HERE.

Questions about video content and submission can be directed to support@cobi.bike.
