Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys offered for $10 each

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 20, 2016) –The Dining Experience located within the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts will celebrate Mother’s Day on May 8 with a special brunch menu created by Executive Chef Philippe Lechevin. Offerings include oven roasted salmon, a prime rib carving station, build your own omelet and a dessert buffet. Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys will also be available for $10 each.

The Kauffman Center’s Dining Experience Mother’s Day Brunch will be served from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday, May 8 in the Founders’ Lounge. Brunch is $35 plus tax for adults and $15 plus tax for children 12 and under. Reservations are available at www.kauffmancenter.org/dining or through Open Table.

Prime Rib Carving Station with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream Sauce

Oven Roasted whole side of Salmon with Tarragon sauce

Grilled Shrimp and Grits with Red Eye Gravy

Roasted Portobello and Grilled Asparagus Quiche with Goat Cheese

Build Your Own Omelet

Selection of: red and green roasted pepper, goat cheese, scallions, spinach, ham

Served with Applewood smoked bacon or breakfast sausage

Buffet Sides

Roasted new potatoes

Sautéed haricot vert green beans

Fresh fruit, assorted fresh baked danishes and croissant

Spring salad with choice of balsamic vinaigrette or sweet red wine vinaigrette

Dessert Buffet
