Upward Motion Personal Training announces its group training class schedule as of May 2015. The company offers classes all week long. The class count by day is as follows: Monday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. 8 Classes; Tuesday 6 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 8 classes; Wednesday 6 a.m. -  6:30 p.m. 7 classes; Thursday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. 8 classes; Friday 12:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. 2 classes only; Saturday 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. 2 classes only; Sunday 9 a.m. 1 class. Classes offered are all 25 minutes unless otherwise indicated. Classes offered are Shockwave, Cardio - Strength - Tone, Strength - Tone - Power, Yoga, Tabata Works, TRX Row and CST.
