Christine Sams Signs Publishing Deal With CelebrityPress To Co-Author New Book

Christine Sams will team with several leading experts from various industries to release the new book, “Guerrilla Success: The World's Leading Entrepreneurs and Professionals Reveal Their Inside Secrets To Achieving The Health, Wealth and Lifestyle You Deserve” by CelebrityPress.

Seattle, WA – April 7, 2016 – Christine Sams has joined a select group of experts and professionals to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Guerrilla Success: The World's Leading Entrepreneurs and Professionals Reveal Their Inside Secrets To Achieving The Health, Wealth and Lifestyle You Deserve. Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., the leading agents to Celebrity Experts® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ imprint.

 Guerrilla Success: The World's Leading Entrepreneurs and Professionals Reveal Their Inside Secrets To Achieving The Health, Wealth and Lifestyle You Deserve is tentatively scheduled for release in summer 2016.

A portion of the royalties earned from Guerilla Success will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes.

About Christine Sams:

As a Real Estate professional Christine has listed and sold more than 200 properties. For the last thirty years, in addition to real estate, Christine has worked in financial planning, insurance, and marketing. She specializes in Residential Real Estate, Commercial and Investment properties, and Land for Development. Christine has assisted investors, builders, developers, and buyers in property acquisitions to meet real estate and financial goals. A number of local and national banks have worked with Christine to reduce their inventory. She has also assisted in acquiring and developing hospitals, senior care facilities, and campus developments. 

Currently, Christine's focus is in assisting her clients in selling and buying real estate in the Snohomish County, Washington area.

Christine is Senior Real Estate Agent (SREA) and participates in many organizations, including CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist representing clients both locally and internationally, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, TRC – Transnational Referral Certification, NAR - National Association of Realtors, WR - Washington Realtors, AMPI - Association Mexicana de Professionals Inmobliarios (Mexico), Washington Realtors International Real Estate, and AREAA - Asian Real Estate Association of America.

She also enjoys traveling to Greece, Italy, Mexico, Asia and to her second home in Arizona. She enjoys horseback riding, snorkeling, skiing, golf, reading, collecting wine, photography, and writing.
