Chef Douglas Rodrigues rolls out a new comfort brunch that is sure to get you out of bed on the weekend

BOSTON — Liquid Art House ("LAH") is rolling out a new weekend brunch this Saturday, February 27th from chef Douglas Rodrigues who joined the restaurant-gallery hybrid in late 2015. The all new menu promises to satisfy the diversity of Boston's brunching crowd with sumptuous selections such as Jamon Imberico De Bellota in Szechuan oil ($24), Soft Cooked Egg Bun with black truffle vin and espellete ($7) and Glazed Donut paired with citrus curd ($4) for sweeter cravings. Classic brunch selections include delectable Brioche French Toast drizzled in sorgum honey, raspberry sugar, and whipped plugra ($17) and Eggs Benedict "63 Degree Eggs" ($17).  Signature brunch cocktails include a Yuzu Mimosa and a “Pickleback” Bloody Mary, each at $11. LAH Brunch remains kid-friendly with a variety of options for younger tastebuds and non-alcoholic beverage specialties for enjoyment by all.

Liquid Art House’s brunch will be available from 11 AM – 3 PM on Saturdays and Sundays with a preview starting February 27, 2016.  LAH is located at 100 Arlington Street in the neighborhood bordering Boston's Back Bay and Bay Village.  For reservations, please call (617) 457-8130.
