Kristina Roomet Brines is Named a Director at Paul Frank + Collins

Paul Frank + Collins P.C. is pleased to announce Kristina Roomet Brines of Charlotte, VT has become a shareholder and director of the firm.

Ms. Brines joined PF+C as an associate attorney in 2008. She handles litigation and consulting matters for the firm’s Employment + Labor team clients. Kristina provides practical and effective advice to businesses and non-profit organizations regarding employment matters and internal disputes, including personnel decisions, compliance with State and Federal law, trainings, workforce management, and workplace investigations. Ms. Brines is also a talented litigator, defending clients in employment-related litigation in court and before administrative agencies.

PF+C’s President, Stephanie Mapes said, “Kristina is known for her thoughtful and high quality work, excellent rapport with our business clients, and is highly valued by them for her proactive employer counseling and trainings. Kristina received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and her B.A. from Colgate University. She holds a certificate as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Kristina is admitted to practice law in the state of Vermont.
