As the world’s biggest cheat day, International No Diet Day calls on all women to develop a healthy relationship with food, instead of cutting out whole food groups. It is an annual celebration of body acceptance and is also dedicated to promoting a healthy life style with a focus on health at any size and in raising awareness of the potential dangers of dieting and the unlikelihood of success.
