Engadine is a bush-draped hilly and sprawling suburb of 17,375 people located in the local government region of the Sutherland Shire about 33 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district. The Heathcote National Park bounds it to the west and the Royal National Park to the east. This suburb is primarily residential with some commercial and light industrial areas.
