Boulder, Colo. (Nov. 4, 2015)Upslope Brewing Company is celebrating seven years of brewing on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015. Along with its 7th Anniversary Ale, Upslope will debut its new winter Limited Release Oatmeal Stout at the annual celebration.

"Not only have we ‘made it’ to seven, we have built, brewed, canned and kegged; we have planned, created, innovated, won and lost; we have fixed and we have built again,” said Upslope Founder Matt Cutter. “With the support of our fans and the strength of our team, we have made it to seven years doing what we love the best way that we know how…and we will continue to do so for many more years. Cheers to seven years of beer and counting!"

On Saturday, Nov.14, 2015, Upslope will celebrate their seventh anniversary from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at their Flatiron Park brewery. They will be taking over the parking lot behind their facility and rolling up the garage doors to make space for partygoers and beer connoisseurs alike. The beer taps will be flowing with over 40 different styles, live music will be playing, local food trucks will provide food and plenty of games will be onsite. To honor seven outstanding years, Upslope will be bringing out vintage favorites, collaboration brews, a battle of the firkins, the ever-popular year-round classics, the 7th Anniversary Ale and their new Limited Release Oatmeal Stout.

Four local Rocky Mountain bands – Technicolor Tone Factory, Wandering Natives, Zen Mustache and K-Law – will provide live music for the crowd and a variety of food trucks will be onsite including: The Tasterie Truck, Sancho’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant and Rollin’ Bones BBQ.

The robust, full-bodied Oatmeal Stout, that will debut at the Anniversary Party, boasts notes of cocoa, dried fruit and caramel. Brewed with oats, roasted malts and East Kent Golding hops, this 5% abv stout will surely be a party favorite. Upslope’s newest Limited Release will also be available in six packs of 12-ounce cans in late November in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.
