South Point Arena and Equestrian Center Debuts Budweiser’s State-of-the-Art Clydesdale Bud Pod

Las Vegas – South Point Arena and Equestrian Center’s Priefert Pavilion is the new home to Budweiser’s first-ever custom designed Clydesdale Bud Pod, which opened for business during the 2015 PBR Tyson Fan Zone experience last week.

The state-of-the-art mobile Bud pod, designed by Anheuser-Busch and Bar Pods, is equipped with Budweiser Signature Draught beer system, a 30-seat VIP deck with custom grand staircase and one-of-a-kind Clydesdale memorabilia mounted for photo opportunities. Fans have the chance to purchase their favorite cold beverages including Budweiser, Bud Light, Bud Light Lime, Michelob Ultra, Shock Top and Bud Light Platinum while watching sporting events on three 55-inch television monitors.

South Point broke ground on the new equestrian facility in spring 2013 to expand the current Arena & Equestrian Center and build a new bowling tournament facility. The Priefert Pavilion offers an additional 100,000 square feet of competition space to the already existing South Point Arena & Equestrian Center and includes two new climate-controlled arenas within the center’s unique blueprint. In addition, the facility offers an indoor practice arena and a 4,600-seat main show arena. In total the South Point Arena and Priefert Pavilion offer more than 240,000 square feet for events.
